I hope so.
What they seem to say (if the sources are reliable) is that everything now depends on the interrogation, and that if everything in the statements of the arguidos and witnesses fits, they can shelve the case. Or maybe I didn’t understand well.
I find it strange, really. It is as if they asked the arguidos and witnesses to prepare their little story together, and OK the case will be over, and the PJ gets rid of the case. Good riddance, they have other important things to take care of.
