They began when a nine-year-old girl was bundled into a car as she got off her school bus. Two more children were attacked last month and last Thursday two men tried to lure a girl of nine into a car. Last Saturday, another child escaped abduction. One police source said: “It is causing a lot of alarm.”

The parents of missing Irish expat Amy Fitzpatrick have offered a cash reward for information on her whereabouts. Franco Rey, spokesman for Amy’s Stepfather David Mahon and Amy’s mum Audrey, said: “A substantial reward is on offer to anyone who can provide reliable information on Amy’s whereabouts. Any information received will be treated within the strictest confidence.”

Rewards totalling £2.6m were offered within 10 days of Madeleine McCann’s disappearance on May 3 last year from the Algarve holiday resort of Praia da Luz.

EFE [Spanish news agency] said he is considering taking legal action for using his daughter’s image for the campaign.

Yep! Its bollocks.
How indeed do you claim ‘regular checks’ without a method of timing?
Its not just the inconsistancies in times anyway, its the whole thing that the McCanns only checked their own kids by everyone checked the McCanns kids and hardly anyone was at the table for more than 10 minutes at a time - its such bollocks - it almost makes one think that maybe she actually was abducted in the massive 2 hours window of opportunity whilst they were in the bar getting rat-arsed!

I read somewhere (I think it was a Clarrie statement) - that none of the Tapas 7/9 was wearing a watch and that’s why they didn’t know the time.
1. I can’t believe none of them had a watch if they intended to check every 20 mins or so.
2. Gerry had his mobile phone. My phone displays the time - don’t they all???

Val, I totally agree we need proof, and I didn’t think you were trying to undermine any of our opinions, merely that you seemed reluctant for people to be unduly influenced by the film you first mentioned on here, Zeitgeist.
We all need proof of ways in which we are being manipulated as a populace, and every incident should be aired on forums like this, to heighten awareness of what is happening.

Here is the difference. Non-Pro-McCanners fight passionately amongst themselves. Pro’s do not - they jsut agree. Read the Pro-postings on things like Sky newsreport responses - the sickly sweet supportive posts - no substance, just sickening sickly sweet drivel.

I agree, but it is a ploy by those who cannot prove their theory to not even try, but attack and question closley those who have alternate theories.
Nearest here we had from PM’s was from Garth, he seemed willing to discuss the actual abduction - but then backed off when he couldnt explain noisy shutters and taking the route right into the well walked path
I was villified recently for refusing to discuss the idea of abduction (I had refused the condition of not mentioning the T9 inconsistancies!).
I think the non-PM’s won the argument a long time ago regarding the possibility of abduction actually having occurred. The irony is that if we accept stranger abduction, then we also have to accept that the McCanns were incredibly negligent - the PM’s want us to accept abduction but ignore the negligence of the McCanns. Rock and hard place for the PM’s!
They’ll be telling us we cant mention Madeleine next!

I “cut and pasted” yesterday a few comments from a Sky Poster who has a “friend” in the know and has been accurate before now. Apparently, the PJ know where Madeleine”s body was hidden before being transferred, 2 more Arguidos are to be named and woodland areas are still being searched. It makes
interesting reading and if true, very encouraging……..we shall see.
