I could get into this garb!

No pissing about every day choosing an out-fit, shoes, knickers, bra etc.

No need to wash your hair and style it!

Just chuck a few yards of black cloth over the body and a bit of cloth over the head - and I’d be out of the house in a jiffy! lol

WANTED: Moslem husband for nights in reading the Koran and drinking non-Florida orange juice! lol

No doubt Aussie TV has loads of Professor Pam types hanging around the studios dying to get on telly to say that they want to wear this stuff.

But frankly - Because it’s only women Professors of Islamic Studies who want to wear this garb - I’m reluctant to be taken in.

They are ususally overweight - not particularly attractive - and have moles on their faces.

I think it’s only right to dispel the myth and mystique of what’s going on behind all this excessive covering.

Never mind that a woman really really wants to wear it. No they don’t.

It’s just that if they don’t - they will end up being beaten by a bloke with a stick no broader than his thumb!

I would like to see the banning of all those terrible loose-fitting tunics and trousers that the chaps wear.

They never stay white and clean - and they look so dreadfully unco-ordinated and crap with brown Russell and Bromleys poking out of the bottom! lol

The only trouble with the hijab is that it could be hiding a softly-spoken bearded bloke.

I remember sitting on the Tube once, looking at what I thought was a woman wearing one of these hijab’s with a full-on burkha.

Next thing - It’s only a bloody 6 foot bloke escaping from the UK when he should have been up on terrorist charges.

And he got away.

Because of a bit of cloth! Ban the cloth I say!

Football colours are banned in a lot of pubs to stop fights - but I don’t see what fights banning women from wearing a headscarf would prevent.

Without a real reason - it’s persecution.
