I haven’t been here very long, so i’m not sure about the protocol of naming names on here, but what the hell…..Garth ripped in last night like he was talking to a ten year old, suggesting i took my sunglasses off, stepped back from it all and looked at the bigger picture! apart from the fact i am a 40 year old mother, that has a respectable job within the NHS.
When i asked him what side of the fence he actually stood, he just waffled on without answering at all, so i can only assume he is of the Pro Mc ilke.

As I’ve said, I did spend a couple of hours trying to track down one time, the claim that the parents refused urine testing on the twins and came up empty.
If Tony is willing to spend hundreds of hours promoting his campaign, he damn better be willing to take the time to know that he’s printing more than just internet rumor. If he’s not willing to do it himself, then he should find people who will do it for him and then verify the results of their research for himself before going around publishing his list as if it were the truth.
His campaign assertions should not come down to just emotional response, gut feeling, and speculation. Stick with the facts or at least published sources for your accusations or don’t make them in a quasi-official capacity. There are plenty of facts that make the McCanns look very suspicious and possibly guilty without including unverified rumors/reports. So as you said, if Tony can’t verify something, leave it off the list, which is what he said he would do. But when?? I’m afraid he is unwilling to follow through on that statement.
This is my firm opinion, and I’m very much a McCann skeptic but even more so, a believer in searching for the truth and being honest.

I had a look at number 18 of the list and in several articles it was said the friends [as well as GM and KM too [early the next morning] had been looking for Madeleine.

I think that every newspaper/online media realises nowadays that ANYTHING to do with Madeleine is going to attract viewers by the hordes, she IS after all, the most well-known “missing” child of all time. I really feel (IMO) that by having breaking news that is actually FIVE days old is NOT scoring them many points at the moment. And basically “ignoring” a child that is right on their doorstep, who has a very good chance of being found at the moment, they are doing themselves in! I pop in to Sky News every day (being from another country, I like to see what’s going on around the world), however, I very rarely go to the “sub-sections” which is where they’ve put the news of this latest missing child … they need to get their priorities in order and promptly - I only went there to look because you guided me to it. Priorities, priorities … newspapers have to realise that they will be more respected by publishing news that can actually HELP a child, instead of hiding it away in a sub-section!

And if I thought I saw madeleine, I would grab her, regardless of the “advice” on the findmadeleine website.
The old gendarmes won’t take any crap, they are ruthless….they had me for 60 euros for driving without a seatbelt, but pissed……hmmm.
