Considering the 1st sentence of that archive is ‘there is a profound unawareness…’ and it goes on to state that it wants to get Nations to understand the violence in Cuba’s regime - and I’m assuming that means no nations do understand it - then I think your comments would be better directed at World Leaders.
The way things stand at the moment - CNN is right to be even-handed.

I thought that email was quite reasonable and responsible.
I’m no fan of Cuba - I don’t have any desire to live in a one party system - but it’s only right to acknowledge divergent views esp. as he hasn’t been accused of anything genocidal (yet )
