Madeleine McCann: A Jetski, A Bag And Terrorist Attacks On Israel
MADDYWATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann and Shannon Matthews
DAILY MAIL: “Couple saw bundle taken out to sea near where Madeleine disappeared but police ignored them”
A bundle?
A British couple saw a package being bundled onto a jetski on a beach just six miles from where Madeleine McCann went missing. The tourists had been for a morning swim just nine hours after the little girl disappeared when they spotted the jetski.
A man in a dark wetsuit was riding it, with a 2ft- to 3ft-long black package on the front. He took it to a small “official-looking” grey boat moored just off the coast at Salema.
Man with bag spotted… Read all about it!
The McCanns’s spokesman said they were concerned the Portuguese police had not followed up such a “potentially significant lead”. Really.
GLASGOW DAILY RECORD: “Maddie Jetski Snatch Riddle”
A riddle? A man with a bag on a jet ski? A riddle? Or a man with a bag on a jetski?
CHILD snatchers may have smuggled Madeleine McCann out of Portugal on a jetski within 10 hours of her kidnap. Two new witnesses have emerged saying they saw a man carrying a large bundle on a beach near Praia da Luz the morning after Madeleine vanished.
They said the man sped off on a jetski with the 3ft-long load on his lap and met a small boat offshore.
A boat. Offshore. On the sea. Not on the land…
One witness, a 58-year-old British woman, says: “The man was acting very strange, he was dressed in black and left on a black jetski with a bundle on his lap. The bundle was definitely big enough to hold Madeleine. It could have been her.”
McCann spokesman Clarence Mitchell said: “If these people had a sighting which is potentially significant, then clearly our investigators will require this information as a priority.”
THE SUN: “MADDY OFF ‘ON JET SKI’”
Say the Policia Judiciaria: “The Policia Judiciaria have carried out all the pertinent and sensible operation”
ARAB NEWS (Saudi Arabia): “Israel’s Moral Compass Is Flawed”
A propagandist called Linda Heard manages to aliken the disappearance of a missing child with terrorists firing rockets upon Israel and that country’s response:
Ponder on the morality of the media-inspired public response to Madeleine McCann as opposed to Gaza’s maimed and orphaned babies. According to the British newspaper Independent, there were 465 stories about her in the British press, the family received 1.1m pounds in public donations, while a host of celebrities — including Simon Cowell, Sir Richard Branson and J.K. Rowling — offered rewards totaling 2.6m pounds.
To the best of our knowledge, Kate and Gerry McCann have not vowed to push an entire nation of people’s into the sea, fired rockets upon them and used children as a human shield…

It appears that you hold very strong feelings towards those kind of people (I use that word very loosely) that I call evil, twisted, perverted, cunning, manipulative bastards (oops did that come out loud?)
Chateleine has said now on a few occasions that she can spot one a mile off (words to the effect of) I have asked for an explanation a couple of times (even last night) but… nothing yet.
Perhaps you (or anyone else) could ask her? She obviously doesn’t like/want to tell me.
If she has a solution/theory/idea then I think it is selfish to keep it to oneself. She could hold the key to ridding the world of all these perverts.
Don’t you think….?

He’s shocked too now he thinks about it. I think my point was that in personal relationships people can do things that are shocking to outsiders, but to the people in the relationship, it seems all right.
So, if Shannon was in a man’s house (platonically), he might think it was all right, till he realised that everyone hearing about it would think it was dodgy, so he might end up doing something drastic to get out of it, rather than telling the police what happened.

I don’t understand it. I phoned Sky News last night at midnight to let them know that a member of Anorak (Ciara) had been snatched/abducted from her bed at 11.56 pm.
Why is it not in the news yet?
March 4th, 2008 at 5:54 pm
Oho.
Just catching up on today’s earth-shattering McC news.
So another new sighting.
After 9 months.
Jet ski with 2-3′ long black package.
Making its way to a boat.
No doubt we will only have to wait until tomorrow for another ‘witness’ to confirm that he/she distinctly remembers seeing flowery pink pyjamas sticking out of the 2-3″ black package. And then the next day we will find that another ‘witness’ will remember that the grey boat was actually called the ‘abductress’ or something similar.
Has pinkie been on a creative writing course over the last couple of weeks?

Well, I tease you too you know.
I feel a bit weird. I feel like I’ve had a row for something I did years ago, plus the mods think I was denouncing x.
I think I really should give Anorak up. I’ll be sued and raided by the police before the week’s out at this rate.

Karen - as i said - upset isn’t the right word - shocked maybe - but not at you, at the 18 yo bf.
March 4th, 2008 at 5:44 pm
Karen, its the net if people are thin skinned thats not your problem, I like to tease you because you leave yourself open to it, but I am not going to criticise you, since I live in a glass house I never throw stones, and always shit in the dark, saves embarassing the servants.

It was my life. I don’t see why it would upset anyone who wasn’t me???

I did make it up. I’m very sorry.
I haven’t done very well today. I think I should go back to DigitalSpy and talk about Hollyoaks.
March 4th, 2008 at 5:38 pm
Karen - upset is not the right word. End.
March 4th, 2008 at 5:35 pm
Please, oh, please stay away from the Middle East politics on this thread–far too inflammatory a subject for peaceful discussion. I can already feel my blood pressure rising.
Thanking all in advance..
(and yes, I know Anorak started it by pulling in the article that linked the MMc case with attacks on Israel)

I suppose the problem is, I knew what I was doing and was really happy. But some other 11 year old might have been intimidated into it - and I guess my old boyfriend now realises he might not have been able to tell the difference and so he never should have done it.
March 4th, 2008 at 5:30 pm
Karen - sorry - I don’t want to discuss it any further.

Probably one of these bangers, who will not suffer a church on saudi soil.

I don’t think he thought of me as being as young as I was at the time. I was tall for my age, and I could always hold my own in a conversation.
But now he’s older, and he’s got his own kid, he thinks he should have been aware of it.

Here’s an excerpt from an October 23 new article re PR in Portugal:
UNQUOTE
Sources close to the couple denied claims that they had hired a Portuguese public relations firm for £35,000 a month to improve their image in the country.
They have begun talks with their lawyers about using a PR consultant on an ad hoc basis to advise them about how to deal with the Portuguese media, which has been relentlessly negative about them.
But a friend said it was ‘utterly ridiculous’ to suggest they would pay £35,000 a month and added that they did not have that kind of money at their disposal, even from their wealthy benefactors.
Lawyers acting for the couple have advised them that their popularity in Portugal needs to improve.
They fear that if the couple were to face trial a jury might convict them, even on weak evidence, because they have faced such public opprobrium.

“To the best of our knowledge, Kate and Gerry McCann have not vowed to push an entire nation of people’s into the sea, fired rockets upon them and used children as a human shield…”
So which group of protaganists is that aimed at?
The Palestinians? The Israelis? Or perhaps both?

Is it illegal for kids to kiss if no clothes are so much as ruffled??? Because if it is, then I deny everything and there was no boyfriend.

Karen - then i wonder why he said this :
“he told me the other day that when she’s 11 he’d kill any 18 year old that went near her.”

Remember when it was reported months ago that the McCanns had unsuccessfully searched for a Portuguese PR firm to represent them to help them with the public opinion in Portugal? I think Clarence denied they had hired a firm, but not sure if he also denied the search.
Anyone else remember this?
I will look for an article (it was after the McCanns were made arguidos).
If there is a shift in public perception, it could be because no further formal action has taken place yet against the McCanns, undermining confidence in the PJ’s case against them.
March 4th, 2008 at 5:13 pm
Ian - he is a PR man, he has no legal status either as a witness or representative.
March 4th, 2008 at 5:13 pm
Bloody Milk Tray man now, cant anyone shut these idiots up?
There was no abduction, the mcCanns must explain why and how they ‘misplaced’ their daughter.

Clarence is hoping his lies were missed and is creeping back out of cover isnt he?
Lets all remember that Clarence lied about the ex-policeman arrested on drugs charges who WAS involved in the Madeleine DETECTIVE FARCE - call to Clarence to DENY that he LIED!

I read recently that apparently “secondary investigations” are not allowed in Portugal,
but Ribiero turned a blind eye. Had he known how much damage the McCann “search”
would cause , bet he wishes he had never agreed. There must be someone in authority
who can demand that no more sightings, or witnesses to suspicious observations be
published by anyone until at least the re-interviews with the Tapas 9 take place.
Having said that, the Metodo 3 contract expires this month and this may be their attempt to justify their fee.

Does he think this is a popularity contest? These are suspects in a missing child investigation.
What a fool this Clarence Mitchell is.
