Madeleine McCann suspect Robert Murat, 34, last night spoke of his joy that he looks likely to be officially cleared in days.

His lawyer Francisco Pagarete said: “The police received an order from the public prosecutor to give everything back to Robert. All his items have been returned. We believe it is another step towards his clearance as a suspect. It’s a good sign.

No word from the The Mail’s Neil Sears, who told us: “There was something more to the friendly expat who called himself ‘Rob’ than met the eye.” Murat made Sears “feel slightly uncomfortable”.

The pro-mccanns are so wierd! I think they have some agenda, trying to ensure that children arent properly protected and that the McCanns are seen as ‘hero’s’.
coolandcalm claims to be a parent, but she is a foster parent I think, not a full time parent.

Here’s a thought…
What if some of the PJs questions are to verify some things which could contradict those 100 stories? Because the McCanns threatened to sue (or did file suit), then accepted a settlement because they deemed those 100 stories to be lies, doesn’t this mean that as far as the law is concerned, each and every one of those 100 stories is the complete opposite to what the McCanns/Tapas 9 will answer?
I think it’s time we all looked into those 100+ stories to see what was actually written by the Express.
According to Team McCann, every one of them is a lie and/or fabrication.

Some undisputed and undeniable reasons for suspicion
1. Kate McCann immediately cried ‘abduction’ before even checking with the friend in 5b. She must have known that Jane was having problems and had gone back to her apartment having been summonsed by her partner.
2. Kate has told us heself she doesnt like the limelight, yet before looking to her nearby friends she proclaimed loudly to anyone in earshot that Mdeleine had been taken, some say she said ‘theyve taken her’ which is even stranger.
3. Despite knowing that one of the children was actually sick and vomiting, the McCanns were unconcerned about the possibility that their own child, known to awake in the night, might awake and also be sick (kids share illnesses!).
4. Despite Jane Tanner clearly stating on many occasions that she has seen the abductor at 9:15 or later, Gerry stated in his blog that it was 9:10, exactly the same time he stated he was looking down at Madeleine.
5. Despite stating that he suspected his children might have been sedated by an abductor because they didnt wake up when all the fuss was going on, Gerry waited for 5 months before having the twins tested - then only to attempt to prove himself innocent of sedating them.
There are more, but these require explanation.
