His lawyer Francisco Pagarete said: “The police received an order from the public prosecutor to give everything back to Robert. All his items have been returned. We believe it is another step towards his clearance as a suspect. It’s a good sign.

Even if yesterday the Sunday People had “CLEARED” him.
No word from the The Mail’s Neil Sears, who told us: “There was something more to the friendly expat who called himself ‘Rob’ than met the eye.” Murat made Sears “feel slightly uncomfortable”.

I’m taking my information from Team McCann’s alibi. That’s the one shot full of holes. I have no idea what did happen but I know an abduction didn’t happen according to their testimony as described widely in the press….because it was impossible and is full of lies.
They said the shutter was broken and it wasn’t. How many other basic lies do you want?

At the end of the day stevo no matter how circumspect you make things out to be the bottom line is that the McCanns killing their own daughter, covering it up, going to the tapas bar for a meal and a few drinks directly after just doesnt hold any water.
You know, I know and it looks like the PJ are finally realising it!

Since the McCanns apparently are more than willing to be interviewed, why don”t they volunteer if and when the PJ are in the U.K.. No fear of extradition and the desire to help all they can would help their public image.

People have weird views about arguidos and suspects. In a murder case, or suspected murder case, the police will go wherever they have to and talk to whoever they need to. My guess is that the PJ have had to jump through hoops to make sure charges can stick after interviews.

jo, you seem to be having difficulty in grasping that if these interviews ever take place they are voluntary, no one can be forced to attend or answer any questions. The alleged interviewees, are at this moment, totally in control of matters.
