I’m back briefly to share this mail I have sent to the editor of the site in the link.
I am writing to complain about the attached article. Your reporter states that Madeleine was kidnapped. This is an incorrect statement.
The parents of Madeleine McCann are in fact suspects in the case and it has not been proven that the child was in fact kidnapped.
Notwithstanding the ludicrous presentation of these parents who failed in their duty of care, failed to protect their child, being unlikely candidates for the role they are seeking to develop, the fact is that it is not known what happened to Madeleine.
Please can you withdraw the description with an appropriate apology for the error.

I dont doubt that this site is known to them.I expect thats the reason for the acute caution of the site regarding our posts.

Actually I dont think they are religious, at least not in terms of really believing in God - I think the whole overplayed religious thing is to draw in the support of lots of religious types. Classic JW and U.S. Preacher types approach.
I’ve checked out a few of the posts (on Sky) and the defenders of the McCanns seem to be religious types in the main - they seem to post elswhere a lot and it usually religious type sites.
