What aboiut the stress for the modern teenage father…
“Is it mine?”
“How much housing benefit can we claim now we’ve got a sprog?”
“Whe will she be up for a shag again?”
“Will I be able to fit abuggy in the saxo, next to me sound system?”
It worries me just thinking about it…..

Yup, Colin, you’re right.
However, I am so sick of the ‘angst’ suffered by these stressed young things. We appear to still have a society that dotes on youth, fame and wealth. Surveys of this sort are a waste of time. You can work out the answers yourself and save yourself the bother of the survey in the first place. Save the ’stressed’ the stress of being told they’re ’stressed’.

Patch, your second rhetorical question is surely in the same alarmist catagory as the Mail’s article. I’m old myself, but I don’t particularly expect to be mugged. But then I don’t do my shopping at One A.M.

How did the human race ever survive this far? I would imagine that pregnant wives during war times very very stressed indeed. And it is normal to have a certain amount of stress. Will the birth be OK, will the baby be healthy, how will I cope etc?
The stress today seems linked to things like - can I afford the latest designer buggy, will my stretch marks show when I wear crop tops and so on.
Do research into something a little more important.
Can old people afford to eat and keep warm? Can they shop without getting mugged?
