About time! Over here in the charmingly vengeful USA he would have been caught up in the "three strikes" laws and begun doing actual prison time quite a while ago. On the other hand...... here in Wisconsin, home of Miller Brewing, you can be busted for drunk driving 4 times (as a neighbour of mine has been, and still be free. He did do jail time under a thing called "Huber Law" which means you go to the county jail and they let you out every morning to go to work. Plus you can get an "Occupational license" that lets you drive during certain hours. I told him what would happen to him if he lived in Britain and he was amazed.
