THE SUN: “Cop: McCanns’ spokesman ‘lies’”
Carlos Anjos, president of Portugal’s Police Federation, says of Clarence Mitchell, the McCanns’ spokesman: “He lies with as many teeth as he has in his mouth.”
The accused the former BBC man of leaking police statements Kate and Gerry made within hours of Maddie disappearing last May. These were aired on Spanish TV last week. Anjos said the aim was to give the McCanns an excuse not to attend a reconstruction.
Says Mr Mitchell: “It is categorically untrue that I leaked them. There was absolutely no benefit for us to do that.”
THE TIMES: Andrew Billen on TV:
“It was going to be called Madeleine McCann, but now ITV1’s exclusive, has a longer name: Madeleine, One Year On: Campaign for Change. The programme will follow her parents as they campaign for an American-style Amber Alert system, in which law enforcement agencies are empowered to commandeer airtime when a child goes missing. Ah, lack of television coverage. That must have been the problem.”

am working on the principle that they would not have invested all this time, money and effort if they didn’t.
the pj would - imo - come up with something along the lines of abduction by person or persons alone by now if they didn’t have some evidence against the tapas set and the mccann parent.

Wtf, this is a place called Bohemian Grove, in america, it’s an elite club for the powerful men of the world. it’s like a summer camp, apparently its been going for years. They have pretend sacrifices over the two week holiday camp, i’ve just watched a news report from 1981, but over the most recent years the camp has taken a more sinister turn, if that’s possible.
It’s very secretive club, membership on invite only. Makes the mason’s look like amatuers.
I’ll add a link, don’t know which is the best to put up, but it will lead you to others, i’m quite flabbergasted really.

Can you divulge? i am intrugued. Where i am from originally, there was a small town nearby that was rumoured to be rife with such things, when your younger you dismiss it as gossip, but as i have got older you realise these things do happen, the world is a frightening place

Thank you Chenier! I´ll go and read the SOS Madeleine site, too. I think “unsubstantiated hurtful smears” have pretty much stopped as the media are afraid of libel and are careful to write neutrally about the case.

Hello,
haven´t posted for ages but today´s Telegraph.co.uk news got me curious. The Portuguese police is saying the investigation is now progressing the best way possible. And on the other hand, a clairvoyant is now saying (though there were previously hundreds of clairvoyants´sights) Madeleine died accidentally. Does anybody know more about this as I only found this one article?

According to SOS Madeleine it is a Chilean woman Isabel Cristina Avila who made a similar claim earlier in the investigation. She’s complaining that the PJ didn’t follow her instructions on finding Madeleine’s body with suitable diligence…
