Madeleine McCann: Anjos Calls Mitchell A Liar And Madeleine One Year On: Campaign For Change
MADDIE WATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann
THE SUN: “Cop: McCanns’ spokesman ‘lies’”
Carlos Anjos, president of Portugal’s Police Federation, says of Clarence Mitchell, the McCanns’ spokesman: “He lies with as many teeth as he has in his mouth.”
The accused the former BBC man of leaking police statements Kate and Gerry made within hours of Maddie disappearing last May. These were aired on Spanish TV last week. Anjos said the aim was to give the McCanns an excuse not to attend a reconstruction.
Says Mr Mitchell: “It is categorically untrue that I leaked them. There was absolutely no benefit for us to do that.”
THE TIMES: Andrew Billen on TV:
“It was going to be called Madeleine McCann, but now ITV1’s exclusive, has a longer name: Madeleine, One Year On: Campaign for Change. The programme will follow her parents as they campaign for an American-style Amber Alert system, in which law enforcement agencies are empowered to commandeer airtime when a child goes missing. Ah, lack of television coverage. That must have been the problem.”
Indeed.

He also appeared just fine days after M disappeared when he was out jogging, playing tennis then a month later all his trips. Strolling about like a celebrity couple they were. :angry:

I never bet unless I know the outcome.
This is a result of my being traumatised in my childhood.
My father taught me how to play double or quits by tossing the coin which was my pocket money.
I lost, and my father kept my pocket money.
Nowadays I’d get to sue him.
On the other hand, I have had a great deal of fun playing cards for money proceeding on the simple basis that, when I sit down at the table, I consider my stake as dead and buried.
That way you get to see anything you win as a bonus.
And it freaks out the people you are playing with…

Hi there, just read the Article, who”s Hatton, the Reporter.?
Unless they were going to be charged, I hardly think the PJ would let them see the
Files, do you?

Nite, all.

Just think of the money involved. Millions into the “Fund”, millions to Murat if he’s successful, millions donated by millionaires, millions going to M3 [via Kennedy who seems to have the contract?]. Money, money, money …

A woman walked into the kitchen to find her husband stalking around with a fly swatter.
‘What are you doing?’ She asked.
‘Hunting Flies’ He responded.
‘Oh. Killing any?’ She asked.
‘Yep, 3 males, 2 Females,’ he replied.
Intrigued, she asked. ‘How can you tell?’
He responded, ‘3 were on a beer can, 2 were on the phone.’

Camps
There are also sleeping quarters, or “camps” scattered throughout the grove, of which it is reported there were a total of 118 as of 2007. These camps, which are frequently patrilineal, are the principal means through which high-level business and political contacts and friendships are formed. For senior corporate executives, the camps are said to be the pinnacle of socio-political networking in the US.
According to Joel van der Reijden (see External Links below for a full list of camps and substantive details on the past affiliations of the camps’ members), the pre-eminent camps are:
Hill Billies (Big Business/Banking/Politics/Universities/Media);
Mandalay (Big Business/Defense Contractors/Politics/U.S. Presidents);
Cave Man (Think Tanks/Oil Companies/Banking/Defense Contractors/Universities/Media);
Stowaway (Rockefeller Family Members/Oil Companies/Banking/Think Tanks);
Uplifters (Corporate Executives/Big Business);
Owls Nest (U.S. Presidents/Military/Defense Contractors);
Hideaway (Foundations/Military/Defense Contractors);
Isle of Aves (Military/Defense Contractors);
Lost Angels (Banking/Defense Contractors/Media);
Silverado squatters (Big Business/Defense Contractors);
Sempervirens (Californian-based Corporations);
Hillside (Military — Joint Chiefs of Staff)

There is absolutely do doubt IMO that Murat knows the McCanns. How else has he got the idea to sue, and also he has been put up to it.

Hi Jo, how are you?
Can you do me a favour…….scroll down to post 854, I think it is page 43 and see if it is a post from me. I didn”t get a comment from anyone and wondered if it had been pulled
for some reason. Thanks
April 16th, 2008 at 11:52 pm
jo, it’s a sort of summer camp for the elite of the world, five of the most recent american presidents are members, tony blair, and many many of the top business men in the world, it’s invite to membership only, there are a lot of clips of various reports on youtube.
one reporter got in and blew it open a couple of years ago, took secret videos.
They have four effigy burnings over the two weeks, and one is of a child sacrifice.
There is a lot about it if you look, i only found it tonight.

“I agree with you that it should be clear for everyone that neglecting their children is wrong, and forbidden by the law. Until it has been clearly stated that what they did was wrong (not a mistake, wrong and unlawful), some of us will go on thinking it is OK. They will say, like that stupid journalist, that only paranoid people worry enough about their small children’s safety as not to leave them alone at night with the doors unlocked.
Of course they are sorry for it, but the question is, if nothing had happened, would they be sorry to act against the law, or proud not to be one of those paranoid parents?”
Hmm so lets see…pretty much all of the literate world knows that two parents left their children and one of them disappeared. Therefore one might assume that leaving one’s children unattended could lead to abduction.So unless the mcc,s are made an example of other people will be tempted to try it? Just because they might not get in trouble with the law? Is it a case of “Oh little Johnnie might be kidnapped, but what the hell we’ll get away with it. ”
You are obviously not a parent if you for one minute think that people who haven’t learned by the mcc,s mistake will learn by their prosecution. Any parent would prefer to serve time in jail than live with the reality the mcc,s face daily.
By the way Karen Mathews did not copy the mcc’s.

Then again I do remember one evening on Anorak where a poster emailed one of the T7 and ended up getting scared to death, saying stuff like “I have encountered real evil tonight”, anyone else remember this, early October last year I think?
Though in the end I think pink elephants may have been to blame…

No idea, I think its just a standard ‘milestone’ - not specific to the case. I suspect the time limit can be extended according to characteristics of the case.
