The confindentiality clause is for what happened during the marriage – not in her pervious life. The judge put that in for the protection of the child. Heather would be much better off if she stopped trying to run from her past. She tries to make other’s look bad to take the spotlight off of herself.
She certainly is not a charity worker – the court proved that. She donated NOTHING to charity until she was donating Paul’s money. Now that she has $50 million she is no longer giving any to charity like she promised .

Heather’s past was well known when she started going out with Paul. He apparently was OK about it, or he wouldn’t have married her. Heather certainly has changed though since she married Sir Paul.
