He wasn’t NuLabur.
He was Old Socialist and was in the position invented for him to keep Old Socialists on side, and stop them forming a breakaway “Real Socialist Party”, so that Nu Labur could climb into bed with big business, big money, and enoy the spoils of capitalism.
