Lighting The Coastline For Madeleine McCann
MADELEINE McCann is missing.
THE REGION’S coastline will be lit up this weekend to mark the first anniversary of Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.
On Saturday night, people of all ages are being encouraged to gather along the four mile seafront between Rhyl and Prestatyn with their torches, lanterns and candles from 9.30pm to 10pm as part of a national Lighting the Way Home day for Madeleine.
Bring the kids - make a night of it…

…very, but what about the box marked “Psychics” ? Christine says surely to goodness, if the Team McConn sat down with genuine determination, and went through these, they would find a common thread worth following up, but they won’t because we all know about “Psychics” don’t we ???!!! Most - if not all - of these worthies have offered their services to the McConns for nothing, so where was the harm in taking them up on it, transporting the most believeable and genuine, over to Praia and let them have a wander about in key places ? Christine had a wander about our house which is very old, 1642 in some parts, and found the names and identities of previous tenants which we then managed to verifiy by going back through Census records and Parish records but she was right on every count !! So - if she can pick up on that and the fact that she has done “walkabouts” for the local Police, finding bodies and evidence and so on, why wouldn’t the McConns use some of the “Find Madeleine Fund” …( hullo ??? operative word there I think is “Find” ….) fly her over there and let her do a scan ?? She offered, I offered her services and guess what ? …not a cicky bird as now doubt many of us have found when having written to them, their team, Clarrie etc etc …they just aren’t interested in doing anything but taking up sapace on our TV screens with their belating and their carefully orchestrated “suffering”

Morning….
Firestar… I did as you suggested and ‘restored settings’ but still no bookmarks. Could I have deleted them? I haven’t got any but neither can I add any. The box is not co-operating. I miss my bookmarks… especially the ’shopping’ ones.
While looking back to see if Firestar had responded I was horrified to see the posts by Ade and Delboy refering to Garth’s parents. NOT fair play at all. The Annie1 joined it…. so very very personal and really out of order. Surely its possible to bicker with Garth himself? Not slag off his parents and then even carry on after he’d gone? I know Garth can stick up for himself (and does!) but surely there’s a line?

Re: the buggy….. I interpreted it that the night they went to the Millenium they didn’t take the buggy with them so had to carry the children back? I know the cobbles there are a nightmare to even walk on let alone push a buggy over… not a buggy friendly area at all.
The rest of it I’m not commenting on because I’m not supposed to be here and I’ll get caught up cos I have no will-power but I will keep one eye out in case Firestar can help me find my bookmarks. (i’m getting obsessive I know)

Its strange really, because i never talk to my kids about this case. They’re not all that interested. However, my daughter who is 9 wanted to watch the programme and felt sorry for them. Not that she was making any judgement about the McCanns actions on the night of May 3rd but moreover the heartache that they have been endured in the past 12 months.
I think my daughter would have sent them a christmas card!
