Tom Cruise To Gold Base: A New Website And A New Katie Holmes
TO celebrate Tom Cruise’s 25 years since his big break in Risky Business, Anorak has been reenacting Tom’s best scenes. And Tom has a new website.
Today’s we’ve been using the actual Airfix fighter jet Tom sat in for those Top Gun action sequences, and some of the toy soldiers and play-dough figures that were also used in the original.
Goose was sadly sat upon by one of the accounts team, and now doubles as Tom’s wheelchair in Born On The Fourth Of July.
Today Tom’s in the National Enquirer, on account of his wife’s stint at Gold Base, the Scientology rewiring centre in Hemet, California.
Courses on offer include the Potential Trouble Source/Suppression Person Course, in which participants are taught to disconnect or ignore anyone who dismisses Scientology, and Purification Rundown, in which residents are fed “megadoses” of vitamins and sat in a sauna for prolonged periods.
You can replicate the process by cutting the legs off a Barbie doll and sititng on a hot radiator until she starts to melt, at which point she should be re-moulded by Ken dressed only in his underpants…

You could TRY to read a Scientology book, I know I have. Dianetics is really badly written as well as useless. Erich Fromm did a review on the book when it came out in 1950. He thought it was nonsense too and he was very suspicious of Hubbard motives.
I’d rather nail my head to the floor daily than ruin my patience with a cult’s drivel.

Joxe,
Do you really think we are that stupid?

Hey Joxe Arkaitz - do I detect some irony in your comment….either that or you’ve missed the point of cults like scientology altogether!

blah, blah, blah… we’ve read so many lies about Scientology in the media for the past 2 years that I don’t believe a word they say anymore… I rather read a true Scientology book and find what it is about with no lies or brainwashing from the media involved.

Er, about Tom’s new website.
It appears simply to be a blank black page.
Perhaps I’m missing the symbolism…

…the people attacking Scientology are criminals….?? I’m a little confused….

I’m not a Scientologist but maybe it could help the people who are attacking it with their crimes.

Scientology is ruining his acting. Actors can’t go about ignoring suppressive persons - they’re the Antagonists… he’ll have no emotional memories to work from…
And Buddhism has wrecked Orlando Bloom. You can’t be peaceful and happy all the time if you’re an actor… you need turmoil and misery.

Those Scientologists! really can’t even shapeshift without sweating….
