Johnny Borrell Is The ‘Tour-paedo’
NEWS in the Sun is that one Johnny Borrell, lead singer of the band Razorlight, has been nicknamed ‘Torpedo’ by The Mighty Boosh comedy act.
Why?
The Sun’s Gordon Smart shoots his cuffs and tells Borrell: “The nickname actually refers to your habit of pulling young girls on your – tour-peado, geddit?”
Smart says that it was he who “clocked the 28-year-old’s fondness for the younger ones – earlier this year he was spotted getting close to Harry Potter star Emma Watson, who was just 17 at the time.”
Borrell might be 28, but does being seen in the vicinity of a 17-year-old make you paedo, even in a tabloid sense?
Middle-aged Sun readers browsing Amii, 22, from Birmingham, may wonder if they are now paedos and should therefore be shot in the face…

Johnny Borrell has so much talent he immediately made a huge name for himself in a short space of time, you can’t do that without also attracting some naysayers who have to have a go at the ‘young upstart’ doing so well (remember, he was 22 when Razorlight first broke). People cling to the tiniest things and use them as an excuse to make a story; like this pathetic attempt at one! (like the idea his ego is giant cos he once said he was a genius, pre-fame, to get some attention in the press…canny move, that, when you’ve hardly been noticed…even if it gets twisted ltr on when all the plaudits for your actual music have arrived!). the carpers - like this idiot ‘Smart’ - will get bored cos there ain’t enuff to make proper stories and music is thorwing up new people to have a go at all the time…

Gordon is not so Smart that he can tell the difference between a paedophile and a babysnatcher who appears to be under the spell of the clever Hermione,
