The possibility of Murdoch funding a candidate raises a few serious issues - but I think the Sun itself will have to stay out of this one because they would be pushing an anti-liberties platform, and would get them labelled as the anti-British paper.</description>

So ('we need to talk about) Kelvin' thinks he is up against 2 Monster Raving Looney candidates with one on his side to split the vote between looney supporters and liberty supporters. Odds are slightly in his favour with the Sun's campaign of ridicule against  DDavis. 
The arguments to ridicule DD show how difficult it is for politicians to make a stand on matter of principle. I personally don't get why it is considered far right-wing to take a stand on personal liberties?</description>
