When there is so much despair and hurt in the world…. with news of chinese orphans being executed i find it hideous that anyone with any brain could possibly believe what so called ‘revelations have emerged for Paul Burrells family today!….. get real!!!! hello!!!!wake up!!!
The lowlife that has made these silly billy claims is more than likely the local alcoholic….. he probably owes lots of money to loads of locals…. hes no doubt a tax dodger….who probably only works in cash … no doubt he would be a bragger and a ‘walter mitty’ liar…. he would be the sort to cheat on his wife with undoubtedly have another family abroad….. and the ridiculous money he has probably earned from the gutter press for telling lies has allowed him to do a runner !!!!
money is obviously the root of all evil…. especially if you dont have any…… and maybe the driving force would have been the bank is just about to reposess ones home… for the 6th time….. or that would probably be another lie as well???

As far as I know the proposal to extend the law of defamation to the dead has died the death; no-one can think of a way to draft it without it having 'ludicrous' results, though I gather Tasmania continues to uphold the reputation of anyone, living or dead, with enough money to pay a lawyer.

Then again, Tasmania is a somewhat odd place.

I'm fairly sure that remark is not libellous, since Tasmania is not a human being, living or dead, nor is it a body corporate in the way that Macdonalds, say, is....

On the other hand, it seems well established that if someone accuses a UKIP candidate of being a lardarse on a message board, without having evidence to substantiate that claim, then our Courts will provide a means of redress.

I remain somewhat baffled as to why the appellant chose to sue, thus ensuring that the allegation, together with a number of much nastier ones, would reach a far larger audience than the message board itself could ever have done, but lawyers move in mysterious ways their wonders to perform...

Maybe just maybe this is all made up by the brother in law because the NOTW were prepared to pay him lots of money.?

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Do you think NOTW would risk publishing anything that would put them at risk of being sued for libel ? [duncanr]

I think "kiss-and-tell" is the lowest of the low, it is the ultimate betrayal by someone in whom you have confided all, bared your soul and other parts, someone who knows you fart in bed and then goes and tells anyone who will listen !! or - in the case of most of the sleaze-balls she got involved with - anyone who willpay !!

It is possible that Diana had an affair with Scum bag Hewitt as she was at an all-time low spot because of the "Three in this marriage" thing. He - like most opportunists - leapt in with both feet to "comfort" her and then betrayed her with his kiss-and-tell revelations which just showed him up for the arse he is. I wouldn't like Harry to have a DNA test either..........

But as far as Burrell is concerned .....oh !! in his dreams, and if he did, why wait until interest in him is waning before "revealing" such a gem ?? Incidentally, my friend in the USA says they don't know the half of what he is like, just know him as an ex Royal employee and he is quite in demand for functions over there so she loves it when I point her in the direction of his latest crap.

The Queen stood up for Paul Burrell, or else he would have had a trial. Surely not! Still look at the other chaps Diana was supposed to have had an affair with. Could this be the secret that Paul Burrell was, note, was keeping secret, 'cause he couldn't tell? If he had had an affair with Diana his wife would have kicked him out sooner.

The Princess: 'Oh, Paul! Did we really do that last night? I must have been really tight'

The Butler: 'Not after the first time, your Majesty'
