I have never imagined hired assassins having lucky charms, but I may be falling for the old cliched thinking.

Is there something about Ireland itself that damages the brain?
I mean, you take a perfectly ordinary plan to murder your partner and his children so you can inherit all the dosh, hire an Egyptian poker player who called himself Tony Luciano as a hitman from a website called http://www.Hitman.us.com, argue a bit about the best way to do it, and then you would think it would be plain sailing.
But as soon as the hitman reaches Ireland the entire plot falls apart at the seams, and the next thing you know you are in front of the Central Criminal Court in Dublin, telling them you are going to write a book about it….
Perhaps it’s something in the air?
