Noticed the stubby out wall boxes outside premises, next to the sign reading “ No smoking within 5 Metres ( ” metres ” ? lawful unit of measurement ? ) of any entrance or window of this ( sic ) premises ” ?
Usually said stubby out box is right next to the door thus criminalising anyone stubbing their fag out, LOL.

OHHH you big fibber, the one in Homebase at Rayleigh Weir is miles from the front door, well a good many metres, in fact its nearly on the ramp up to Sainsbury’s. I don’t smoke btw, but thought it needed pointing out
