ANNE Darwin and her husband John have been jailed for six years each.
The world’s most famous canoeists are front-page news on the Guardian, Mail, Times, Telegraph, Express, Sun, Independent and Paddles Now. But only the Mirror has the “EXCLUSIVE”
Anne and John have been found guilty of swindling £250,000 in insurance by faking his death in a canoeing accident.
The Mirror says Anne has “stashed” $1million that Anne in Panama.
And the exclusive is that Anne Darwin might like to return to Panama and live on her “nest egg”. Or as tomorrow’s exclusive puts it: “Or not!”

Their assets are known and have been frozen. The insurance company can get them back. They have the flat in Panama and a plot of land for a Cannoing centre which will be difficult to squirrel

Shouldn’t be jailed, 10 years Community Service would be much more effective, accordingto the Torygraph they may have a £1m secreted away somewhere.
