		<description>The Oxford Economics study was funded by The Housing Associations who have a vested interest in showing that  there is an ongoing shortage of housing.

The study also said that prices would not rise if employment falls. 

So if we are indeed heading for a full blown recession, with employment dropping, then even their study would not suggest prices rise again so rapidly.

As usual the tabloids ignored the big" ifs" in the report.

The only reason this report made the front pages of the tabloids is that we're so desperate for good news.
