The Government has been working with all the large retailers who sell lightbulbs, the lighting industry and our energy companies.
We want them to phase out the old-fashioned bulbs and replace them with energy efficient ones.
If we make the switch, we will be using less energy — we could save the equivalent energy of taking five million cars off the road - Gordon Brown
