And didn’t I read that the English county of Cornwall splashed out 500,000 pounds for a new(and very ordinary) logo?
A very large amount of money considering that Cornwall is the ONLY English county to recieve emergency funding from the European Union.A beautiful county that has lots of character,but where the public pen-pushers seem to have more money to blow than sense.
