NO Islamofascism at the Guardian:
Dear User,
The paragraph “Bigotry towards ethnic minorities, subjugation of women, hatred of gays, denial of the right of Israel to even exist, murderous hostility to organised labour - all these are the classic characteristics of both European fascism and current Islamofascism” was deemed to be in violation of the community standards - we do not deem the use of the word ‘islamofascism’ acceptable or useful in intelligent debate, especially when made in sweeping generalisations about all members of a religion.

Fascism against all that are not Muslim or ‘not Muslim enough’.
Most bloodshed today all over the world is… by (radical) Islam,
Islamofascism that dehumanizes non Muslims as “apes & pigs” and mmasks its agenda to Islamize by force the entire world (world dominationa Caliphate) by fake “causes” of “occupation” and other filthy EXCUSES to massmurder.

Islamfascism is a term coined by the nastier end of the American neocon right and to equate it with islamism, which is Islam seeking to transform society, sometimes via political power, and embraces groups as diverse as the Muslim Brotherhood and the present Turkish government, is absurd. Moreover, to equate Islam with fascism in this way further demonises an already beleagured and prejudiced group.

Cowards. Islamofascism is a perfect word to describe Islamic extremists - it’s much better than Islamism which, IMO, really does taint an entire religion.
My favourite fascist compound word though is feminazi, used to describe OTT feminists. It made me giggle. Girlishly.
