I’m really sorry to have missed you; I was actually cooking.
Really cooking, not just nuking something in the microwave, implausible as it may seem.
And if that is not enough to put me ahead of the cheerleaders in the Catastrophy Stakes, I don’t know what is!
Am keeping fingers crossed for your Mum and you; a perfect excuse, sorry, reason, to desist from practising my cartwheels for Moscow.
And if anyone doubts that, try doing a handstand with your fingers crossed …

It’s all so grim I’m afraid. I’m with her at the moment, leaving Smuddlets and Krayzie Kittens to fend for selves. She’s hundreds of miles from me so we are looking at moving her down to near us but it’s all such a lot to take in and to organise. She does at least have a steam-driven PC but I can’t stay on it too long. And my heart isn’t in it, unsurprisingly! But thanks for asking anyway.
