A YEAR after the abduction and murder of Nurin Jazlin Jazimin, we must take pause to observe this sad anniversary in all sympathy for her bereaved family — as indeed for that of Sharlinie Nashar, lost in similar circumstances eight months ago and not yet found.

The contrasting fates of the children in these two cases raised the most awful conundrum: would it be kinder for such families to know their child is dead, to retrieve her remains for a proper burial in a consecrated grave where they might mourn and pray for her, or to never know what became of her, the better for hope to remain? Such unthinkable dilemmas are universal; the cases of Briton Madeleine McCann last year, American Jon- Benet Ramsey in 1996, and even the Azaria Chamberlain “dingo” case in Australia 28 years ago, all strike to the same depth of anguish.
Ramsey was fond dead 8 months after she went missing. Chamberlain’s body was never found.

Thanks clouseau-just a thought here-if they were wearing watches-and who knows? When I check the time in my office 5 of us come up with 4 or 5 different times as all our watches are different-the difference is often say 10 minutes….not necessarily a lie then. Just a thought don’t jump down me throat-I’ve just had a curry!!!! You’ll regret it!

when a baboon gets a tiny little scratch or insect bite, say on the stomache, it will keep on scratching and picking and biting. very soon that little placce becomes a huge sore and still it will keep digging deeper and deper, never leaving that wound alone. eventually it will start pulling its entrails out, then everything else it can pull out. then it keels over and dies.

The thought occurred to me as I was reading the discussions on the timelines earlier on this thread. If one assumes something happened earlier or even the day before, then two people working together lowering a “parcel” down to the ground level and moving it elsewhere seems plausible. G in the apartment with the parcel, a. n. other (I have forgotten who this might be MO?) in the flower bed below, to meet later with G for further or later disposal.

Lola-that is a possibility-so JT would have known nothing and accidentally clocked the other guy-Do you think MM could have been in the parcel? Must admit -this thing about scribbling timelines so soon is odd behaviour-You’d be screaming down the road , teearing your hair out I would have thought-not covering your own backs.

Maybe G and a friend went to dispose of something. The friend (wearing a wig) was seen by JT , but not by JW, as G was successfully distracting him.
Could have dropped a parcel down to someone waiting below in the flower bed and this would account for traces found there.
