Gordon Brown said yesterday Britain’s Olympic heroes had inspired him to fight on and win the next election.

Brown may have some change of success. But what chances Cameron will prefer a cycling contest?

I’m wondering whether GB’s speech writers realise that our Olympic heroes include ladies with pink skipping ropes being rhythmical.
