Saul - well I used to travel around Europe a lot with my three young kids (never to clubs, though, so rarely had access to a washing machine), but believe me, getting home from a 10-day vacation and having to sort out and wash/iron/put away a 5-person worth load of clothes sort of dampens a the post-holiday glow…. So whenever I had the chance to do so, I happily did a wash. I honestly doubt doing laundry would have crossed my mind had I been in K’s place, but then I suppose I’m rather (very) different from her, so…..

So with a suitcase full of clothes, a towel is used for the scent. Don’t tell me anyone washes clothes before they go home from their holidays.

Kate testified on May 4 that only Madeleine was missing yet all clothes and garments were still there.
No one could imagine she washed them meanwhile …

For the benefit of those of you who joined this evening - and cos I still want a bloody answer:

why didn’t the mccann give the sniffer dogs the clothes Madeleine was wearing on May 3rd as scent instead of a towel that may or may not have been used by her solely?

and where are her clothes? they’ve never been mentioned. Surely Kate didn’t wash them along with cuddle cat _ they were the last connection to her daughters smell.

we know what clothes she wore - we’ve got the last photo by the pool.

or have we????
