Madeleine McCann: Maddie For Rose Ron, Praia Da Luz Moves And Whacking Stephanie Bysh
MADDIE WATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann, Kate McCann and Gerry McCann
THE SUN: “Hol mum of left girl faces jail”
To Portugal…
A BRITISH mum whose daughter was taken into care on holiday faces up to ten years in jail.
It’s “cash-strapped Stephanie Bysh”.
What do we know about here?
She a brunette. And, as reported, she and one Ariella D’Gamo were “sleeping on the streets before a friend took them in. The worried pal took the eight-year-old girl to cops in Lagos, Portugal. She is now staying at a children’s home.”
How does Madeleine McCann fit in?
Bysh fled the resort — near where Madeleine McCann disappeared in May 2007 — but collapsed with kidney problems in Portimao 15 miles away.
That close, eh. Yesterday the incident was 25 miles from where our Maddie went missing. Such are the facts.
DAILY MAIL: “Fears the ‘Israeli Madeleine McCann’ has been killed by her own mother and grandfather”
You mean Rose Ron’s grandfather who told police that he had killed the 4-year-old?
What more of their Maddie?
At its heart lies the bizarre love triangle in which little Rose’s grandfather fell in love with his son’s young bride and fathered two more daughters with her. Police say the grandfather has admitted killing the child and dumping her in a river, but no body has been found and there is no forensic evidence proving her death.
Just like our Maddie, then? It’s uncanny.
Ha’aretz (Israel): “’Sick twist’: World media plays up story of ‘Israeli Madeleine McCann’”
Rose Ron is missing. She’s been given the nickname Maddie…

I thought we did the wine a few weeks ago.
2 bottles of rosé is a glass and half each.
Ridiculous.
Ludicrous.
Is it not correct that quite a bit of wine was included in the price of the meal, and that these bottles were on top of that, (and on top of the wine they had drunk in the apartment, according to one account buy apparently not to other accounts).
And rosé is also suspicious. Bars tend to concentrate on a house red and a house white.
Which makes me think these 2 bottles were for 2 of the girls.

No win no fee is probably it ; if they win, the fees are high, that’s why they are taking some risks.
I think Clarrie is threatening, just in case Amaral’s publishers thought of selling an English translation of the book.
August 28th, 2008 at 6:31 pm
just so
Another bit of info which I find interesting concerns a Mr Paul Gordon who stayed
in 5a apartment the week BEFORE with his Family. He has said that there was nothing
wrong with the Shutters or windows and if someone tried to open the shutters from the
outside, they would find it difficult because they are so heavy.
He was visited and spoken to several times by Brian Kennedy, yet more interference!!!!!! and the McCanns..Also, he saw a man who asked him to buy a ticket
to help an orphanage. This was taken as suspicious, but the PJ confirmed the man was genuine and had a proper Receipt book for donations. Mr Gordon said he felt like a chess pawn.
You can find this Article on SOS Maddie, 4/8/07 together with other data. It”s too
long for me to post here. I would love to know what Brian Kennedy”s REAL interest
is in all this, he was accused of interfering by the PJ, it”s in the Files.

What a bunch of sad muppets you lot are!

Sam,
I looked quickly into the news couldnt find anything about Clearance. Found this quotation, from the Resident “CHILD CARERS working at the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz noticed that the McCann children spent the maximum time available in the care of the resort’s kids club according to police files released to the media surrounding the case.”

They were confused by natives, certainly!
Are the ambassador and the PM on vacation?
There are no secrets to exchange?
They were confused by the natives, certainly!

The only thing which occurs to me as a possible explanation is that this is a distraction, though what the hell they may be trying to distract us from is a mystery….
It makes no sense, otherwise; competent PR people do not helpfully remind the general public that someone thinks their clients may have tried to cover up the accidental death of their child.
Unless, that is, they are afraid of something worse.
And since Amaral has never suggested that they might be guilty of something worse, and the Portuguese Attorney General has confirmed that there was no evidence against any of the three arguidos of involvement in the disappearance of Madeleine, it does seem stark raving bonkers….
August 28th, 2008 at 6:17 pm
Spanish speakers please note: Amaral’s book is being published in Spain on September 5th!
I’m buying a copy and will post a translation of anything interesting that we don’t already know!
August 28th, 2008 at 6:15 pm
chenier,
I agree it’s bonkers in any rational framework but I don’t think rational has ever come into it.
This whole farrago lost its link with rationality from the moment that the McCanns claimed that there was a break in because the shutters were jemmied.
Disinformation has been piled on disinformation. It is impossible to take a rational view because we don’t know what the base facts are.
This latest onslaught from Clarrie, the pinky winky spider, is pure spin.
He can’t help himself. In his mind, even if in nobody else’s, he sees Amaral as the bogey man who must be brought down by the might Clarence. And the only way he can do that is by spinning a tale that Amaral will be vanquished if he persists in going against the official McCann line.
The trouble with spin is if you’re not a clever spider is that you can entrap yourself.
Time will tell.

We have a legal deal in the U.K. “no win, no fee”, is that what you mean? This has become very popular with small Legal Firms in accident cases for Plaintiffs of small
means. All part of the “Sue them” culture which America has., and we have adopted.
In a case like this, I really don”t think the Lawyers would risk losing so much money
since the Trial could go on for months. It is all bluff from CM IMO
August 28th, 2008 at 6:13 pm
Val
I have heard the book is going to be translated into French.
August 28th, 2008 at 6:12 pm
marie n, no i don’t know where.
August 28th, 2008 at 6:10 pm
Thanks Sam,
I went into the site.I don’t think their informations about the contents of the file are very good. They’d better give the statements.
Where can I read about Clearance’s rantings, do you know?
M and A
They need a site called ClarrieChatter
August 28th, 2008 at 6:10 pm
val, i think you’re right, he was an investigating officer and if he and others were working on those ideas, then it’s not libel.
August 28th, 2008 at 6:06 pm
Marie Nicholas
I don”t think for one minute they will sue, nor would their Lawyers take on a case that
was unwinnable, which this definitely is.!!!!!!!!! Amaral is quoting from actual
information from the Statements and would be careful not to have anything printed
that could not be proven.

I couldn’t agree more. Why draw attention to it? It’s as if they want to keep all this going, for some reason. I’m sure if we understood the reason, we would be a bit closer to finding out what happened to Madeleine. Oh, Madeleine - they haven’t mentioned her recently, have they?…..

Marie Nicholas, merci beaucoup!

Just So
Why issue a statement which rehashes the allegations when the media here hasn’t been covering the allegations in any depth for months?
Why say what Amaral’s book contains when it isn’t published in English, and isn’t published here?
‘“This account has gross inaccuracies and is grossly defamatory.
“The conclusions are entirely false. They suggest Kate and Gerry were involved in the death, accidental or otherwise, of Madeleine and covered it up.”
Clarrie has spent many months assuring the world that the McCanns were longing to tell their side of the story, prevented only by their arguido/arguida status.
There has been a deafening silence from the McCanns since the status was removed.
And now they break that silence-I want brownie points for the tabloidese- by helpfully issuing statements to the British media outlining serious allegations which they say are totally unfounded.
It’s completely bonkers…

pock marked slimy and clammy
August 28th, 2008 at 5:53 pm
Val, you can sue without money if your lawyers think they are going to win the case for you, and it will bring a lot of money. (They strike a contengency deal with you or something of the kind i don’t know what the word is in English)
August 28th, 2008 at 5:52 pm
marie nicholas, the sites down for the minute, first of all in google, search for skynews, then go on their site and in their search function type in mccann, the first link that comes up is also about information contained on the dvd and one of the entries, its a long page, states that the receipt for their dinner had only two bottles of wine listed.
August 28th, 2008 at 5:52 pm
I don’t live in the UK either; I can normally access the Sky News website but today for some reason I can’t access Enfants Kidnappés via Google (or any other means); all that comes up is the unmentionable website. Anyone else had problems?
August 28th, 2008 at 5:51 pm
JUST SO! ‘And, of course it will be a chance to show in court that they are wholly and entirely innocent and will stop all internet forum posters from suggesting otherwise.’
……………………………………………
Precisely! Because to be frank - all this nonsense on the internet is stopping me from being able to get some proper work done!
Every day I sort my pets out, have a shower, dead-head the flowers and think - I’ll just pop on the Anorak and get up to date befor I start work and bugger me - the day’s over!
Clearance Mitchell had better shut the fuck up for another couple of weeks because he is just winding the general public up!
The Commentariat Party have run out of platitudes and placactory comments for the masses now.
It’s put up or shut up time now.
Amaral had about thirty top lawyers and all their underlings checking each letter that Amaral wrote.
So fuck off Clearance and clear out - because ’tis an ill wind that be blowin’ about your knavkers en ce moment.
I don’t find you attractive anymore either - you have aged!
August 28th, 2008 at 5:49 pm
Doris, did you say you have touched Clearance? Ohmigod, was he all slimy? Ugh!
August 28th, 2008 at 5:48 pm
Like Châtelaine, I get nowhere when i google skynews website. Maybe because we don’t live in the UK. can you tell us in a few words what it is all about Sam please?
August 28th, 2008 at 5:47 pm
and now i have a network error when i try to go on the site. oh well, whatever.
