A British man told police that her mother Stephanie Bysh, 44, had been ‘drinking heavily’… The town is five miles from Praia da Luz, where missing toddler Madeleine McCann disappeared in May last year from a rented apartment.
Yes, just five miles.
Yesterday, it was all just 15 miles from where our Maddie went missing.
The day before that it was all occuring 25 miles from Praia da Luz.
Anorak estimates that inside week, little Ariella will be actually inside the apartment used by the McCanns that fateful trip…

jass. i’m looking at the photo now and will try to go through each point you make.
‘Where is most of Madeleine’s right leg?’
her right leg is behind, occluded by her left leg. no mystery, just a position.
‘Why is there a weird photoshop line from behind Sean up through to MysteryMan with his unnaturally splayed foot’
i can see the the line you mean if i zoom in but i don’t know/do not have the expertise if to judge if it’s an artifact or photoshopping. i don’t find the man’s foot unnaturally splayed.
‘Why is “Amelie” another child?’
i’m not sure what that means, i presume the child with her back to the camera is not amelie, madeleiene’s sister, but jane tanners child. i think she wears the same clothing going onto the plane.
‘Why are shadows all wrong, M’s feet all wrong, Gerry’s stance all wrong? And someone pparently taking a photo through the play-station.’
i don”t find anything wrong with the shadows or gerry’s stance, perhaps you can point me to what you mean ? i think the person taking the photo through the playhouse is david payne.

I think Madeleine looks like a very cared for and well loved child. Sometimes she is scruffy, sometimes she isn’t. You should see my nephews, they are scruffy but they are clean, well fed, well loved and have the best of everything. It takes them two minutes flat to scruffy up. Normal healthy children who are out playing rarely look pristine.
I’m intrigued by these bruises that people see on Madeleine and Kate. I can’t see them. Nobody I know can see them. People see what they want to see. There are some beautiful loving pictures of the McCann family all together. One that sticks in my mind is the one where Madeleine is on a pony with Kate walking along beside her.
A picture of happiness.
They spent all day in the creche Some very sociable children prefer to spend time with other children.
(sigh)……………………. and No it wasn’t right to leave them in the evenings.

jass to be honest i don’t know what you’d find-or what you’d make of it-I’m just saying that she is loved dearly but the photos may not show what our friends see-and what we know-Haven’t got any really snuggly ones though. Though she’s snuggled every day. Hmmm note to myself must take snuggly photos!!!!

From what Doris just wrote, she thinks the parents are involved!
I don’t think it suits everybody to swear. But I like to read different kinds of styles, and i think Coco does it well, in a very amusing fashion, there is something pert about her which is delightful to read. The thread wouldn’t be so interesting if everyone spoke with the same words. She manages to use rude words without being vulgar.
I find it much more vulgar and humiliating when someone tells a woman to bend over or speaks of spanking her.

If your poor kid is only photographed on his/her own, time and time again over the years since babyhood…
If the police asked and you could only find ONE photo of you with the child as a baby (when it seemed anxious to get away from you)…
If the only videos showed a child who wasn’t allowed to talk, but was just filmed for minutes on end looking embarrassed/troubled…
Or who looked either really scruffy/unnaturally groomed and in MAKE-UP (aged three)…
