A British man told police that her mother Stephanie Bysh, 44, had been ‘drinking heavily’… The town is five miles from Praia da Luz, where missing toddler Madeleine McCann disappeared in May last year from a rented apartment.
Yes, just five miles.
Yesterday, it was all just 15 miles from where our Maddie went missing.
The day before that it was all occuring 25 miles from Praia da Luz.
Anorak estimates that inside week, little Ariella will be actually inside the apartment used by the McCanns that fateful trip…

Matt, well if the McCanns saw Maddy at 8.30, the alarm raised 10 pm, then the abductor had a lot of people to avoid - Wilkins walking around, two checks from Matt, one check from Gerry (when he sees Maddy again), prolonged stays at Apt 5D by O’Brien and Tanner,
the guy must be Raffles.

Matt- so O’Brien and Tanner were taking turns to look after the sick child? From when?
You see, if they were so concerned about this child from 9.20 to 9.55, what was going on before 9.20?
Matt went to listen outside 3 apartments at 9, Gerry went to his own apartment at 9.15, who was looking after the sick child at that stage?
Did the sick child need no attention 8.45-9.20, then constant attention after 9.20, what sort of illness could this be?

I am pleased to report that there is some very bad news on the way for the lynch mob, with regard to the soon to be released statements. Maybe the focus can be on finding Madeleine after the revelations are published. The AG was and is correct in his statement.

Just had another look at that timeline supposedly written by GM or ROB, copied in News of the World 10 August.
The last part says
9.30 Russell O’Brien in 5D. 1 Poorly daughter.
Then a line down to
9.55 pm
Then
10.00 pm Alarm raised after Kate
Does that mean the alarm was raised between 9.55 and 10.00 pm, or that ROB was in 5D from 9.30-10.00 pm with his poorly daughter?
And why doesn’t it mention that Jane Tanner was at 5D by 10 pm as she said on Panorama?
LOADS of activity close to the scene of abduction 9pm-10pm!

Not a translation mistake. He says the twins’ cots were in the “salon” (which means “sitting room”). I think he made a few mistakes over some details. (I just sent him an e-mail about them, but as the e-mail address is at the Le Monde newspaper, I don’t think he’ll get it before tomorrow). You can read his article in Joana Morais blog, in English.

I just sent him a long post, asking him to correct the inaccuracies, and telling him about Anorak and our debate. I also asked him where I could get the exact words under which the file was classified by the authorities in Portugal : homicide and concealment of a corpse, disappearance of a minor, or kidnapping, together with the official conclusions?
He thinks that the investigation is going on, and the site Enfants Kidnappés also thought they had archived the investigation to get rid of the pressure, but were still working on it. They seem to say there has been a re-inforcement in the staff, the investigation team being manned, and they are also mentionning a certain “effervescence”, which is a way to say things are moving, people are working, and not a slow pace.
I dare not hope now. So we will see.
As the article is available in English on frommybigdesk, I don’t think I need to translate it.
