Madeleine McCann: Stephanie Bysh And Ariella Encroach On Praia Da Luz
MADDIE WATCH - Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann, Kate McCann and Gerry McCann
STEPHANIE Bysh is mother to Ariella d’Gama, who has passed a while in a children’s home.
What has it got to do with Madeleine McCann. Well, get this:
DAILY MAIL: “British mother whose daughter was taken into care by Portuguese police after she ‘went out drinking’”
A British man told police that her mother Stephanie Bysh, 44, had been ‘drinking heavily’… The town is five miles from Praia da Luz, where missing toddler Madeleine McCann disappeared in May last year from a rented apartment.
Yes, just five miles.
Yesterday, it was all just 15 miles from where our Maddie went missing.
The day before that it was all occuring 25 miles from Praia da Luz.
Anorak estimates that inside week, little Ariella will be actually inside the apartment used by the McCanns that fateful trip…
Such are the facts…

It always depends on who’s reviewing a case wither it goes forward or not.
Taking into account the McCanns’ fame and connections it was never really going to be worth prosecuting them without stronger forensic evidence - but by making them Arguidos the PJs made their point…

KAREN! I was just about to hang myself when I read this. You have saved my life. I have to keep myself - Is it me or is it them? X

I should be in moderation? Good one, dear! Why don’t you just have a nice lie down now? There’ll be cookies, juice, and meds after.

Now stop getting personal and be creative for a change!
This thread is not here to put your skills on the open market! And we’ve got JUST_ME for any graphics and design anyway. She is Ace! Avery clever lady who gets what this is all about.
This thread is about looking at the irony and satirical angles of the news that the masses are drip-fed.
You have just managed to construct another pile of sh*te with your extensive knowledge of languages by the way.
Even though you give me a giggle here and there with your dizzy and dazed attitude - I am mainly bored by you - and so forgive me if I can’t be arsed to reply again.
Why can’t you be more like Brandon Flours? A lot of humour with a big bite? That’s what this should be about!

Willo
Ah, there you are, I have been wanting to have a little word with you.
I disagreed with you about whether certain words/phrases ALWAYS had racially negative connotations.
This all started when I wrote:
“The highly skilled Aboriginal trackers who were first called in at the time of the babies disappearance, were absolutely adamant they were tracking a dingo dragging the baby. Of course the white Fellas (except the white police and rangers who frequently worked with them) chose to ignore the ‘insignificant’ opinions of the inferior black fellas and an enormous miscarriage of justice ensued.”
Now unless you are totally and utterly thick, it is fairly clear that I was praising the Aboriginals and criticising the whites. Do you agree with that?
I was writing in the vernacular when I used the term ‘black fellas’. But you objected to the phrase and said it was offensive. I said it was not always offensive, and then we had a disagreement about some other terms and you ended up calling me a racist. Can you show me an instance in our ‘discussions’ where I used a term in a way that was unequivocally racist?
Back to the term ‘black fellas’:
The Warumpi band have a song called ‘Blackfella - Whitefella’ are they racists? Is the song racist? Anyone who is curious can find it on youtube and can note that the members of the band are Aboriginals.
“I recently took a group of year 11 students to Blackfellas Dreaming Museum.
…
A brilliant experience for any teacher/student who is serious in their attempts to understand Aboriginal culture.”
It even has a website: blackfellasdreaming.com.au
And from the ABC website:
“Uniquely placed to span the two worlds of business and bush life I asked Joe Procter whether being Australia’s only blackfella banker is a badge of honour.
JOE PROCTER: I haven’t met any other black fellas that are in the banking game, so I probably am the only one. It’s… I’ve thought about it a couple of times, it’s… I’m quite proud in some ways but it’s really lonely and the more I do it, the more I’d prefer having, you know a few mates around me or colleagues around me that understand what we’re going through.
MONICA ATTARD: What do you mean by ‘it’s a bit lonely’?”
I await your apology.

Here we fucking go and again! What is your problem?
Why do you people have to keep protesting your massive abilities?
I have already admitted that I am an oick with foul fingers and Tourrettes.
I have no IQ to speak about and I don’t know my arse from my elbow! I am happy to know my place and I salute my betters - like Saint Marie Nicholas who make an enormous contribution to Anorakians.
So if you are that clever at three languages - demonstrate the fact and write properly. Don’t make smug comments like the one above and then get into a hissy-fit just because I pulled you up on it!
I am autistic and it makes me pedantic.
I am not clever or intellectual and I have no problem with people who are cleverer

Set a trap, they’re not to blame
“Come to visit us” they kept demanding
And he really came

DAZEY! ‘The fact is that they are no longer arguidos, therefore not enough evidence to prosecute.’
Would you like to reconstruct this half-cocked group of words?
Even writing something like, ‘There is not enough evidence to prosecute - therefore they are no longer arguidos.’ - would be a slightly better way of saying it.
I hope that the super-duper great big Government agency that you work for regularly monitors your day to day dealings with service-users.
Christ! Ever thought of running for Government and being a politician?
August 31st, 2008 at 4:27 pm
Coco,
I would find it very difficult to believe that if said Judges believed there was enough evidence, they would have not proceeded with the case. The fact is that they are no longer arguidos, therefore not enough evidence to prosecute.

Confuse and coco, what an excellent pairing, I suppose the AG never released them from arguido status either, PMSL
……………………………………………………………………………….
Well get ready to be completely incontinent then.
From a legal point of view the arguido status had to be removed because there was not enough to evidence to put before a certain set of Judges in that particular reion of Portugal.
It is much vaunted that another set of Judges in different regions of Portugal would perhaps have gone ahead with the evidence that had been sourced to date.
So stop talking bollocks. There are people like me on here who are easily led and easily swayed by constantly repeated propaganda.

Hadn’t run off, just watching a bit of the South African innings.
From the final PJ report -
“…it should be noted that contrary to what witnesses within the group stated concerning his hypothetical participation in the searches on the night of the disappearance, other witnesses (like SILVIA BAPTISTA and elements of the GNR) asserted that they had not seen him during those diligences.”
So Jenny Murat’s evidence that Robert was indoors is corroborated by the fact that he wasn’t seen out of doors by Baptista, GNR officers - and not to forget Gerry McCann, Kate McCann, David Payne, Matthew Oldfield and Dianne Webster who did not see him either.

I’ve got friends and colleagues in Portugal - but they have put the words into their right and proper context.
There are several reasons why the AG carefully chose the words that he used and the ordered and measured way he placed each word into the phrases of the sentences.
Every word has it’s own connotational value within the short text.
Ask your friends in Lagos to read it back to you properly this time - or ask them why they are deliberately trying to confuse you into believing something that was never actually said.

Not sure why he may be blocked - but he has talked about drowning kittens and made references to doing so a couple of dozen times and talked about them gurgling and their eyes bulging.
He is one of the most sick bastard posters I have personally come across.
Gandolf and Rasputin seem to be huge fans - but vast majority of the other posters think he is an arse-hole if you read their responses to him.
I think Anorak needs a Garse-hole because it gives the decent posters more credibilty - so I hope he isn’t banned.

I don’t need a”proper” translation I have Portuguese friends in Lagos, who assure me the word is evidence. Now about those mythical GNR officers, coldwater appears to have run off.

GNR officers ? you are lying, be prepared for a big shock, you did read the AG’s statement.
……………………………………………………
Instead of reiterating this line of yours over and over - you want to read what the AG has stated and work out why it was worded the way it was.
Get yourself a proper translation this time.
My IQ as previously stated is only about 9 - and I really struggle with sequences - especially when I go over them again and again - I always get a different answer.
I think I have the same problem as the Clan - Does that make me stupid? Coz they’re not stupid and they can’t do sequences either.
And I can’t tell the time of day even when I’m wearing my LED and LCD watches!

Ah yes, no evidence against Mr Murat, despite being positively identified by ROB, RO and FP as being close to the scene shortly after the event, contrary to the alibi given by his mother as well as a number of GNR officers.
