Keeping Tabs On Barry George

by | 1st, September 2008

BARRY George is innocent. Barry George did not kill BBC presenter Jill Dando.

So the tabloids are on the hunt for her real killer. And just in case the murderer tries to kill George, the tabloids are keeping a close eye on him.

Here’s Barry George in the Sun. He’s pictured walking from Hammicks legal book shop in London.

He has been asking about books on the Jill Dando case, says the report. Says George: “I’m shattered.”

In the Express, George is said to have become “close friends” with Sion Jenkins, wrongly jailed for killing his foster daughter Billie-Jo.

Mr George is not pictured with Mr Jenkins, but he is said to be seeking compensation, much like that awarded to Colin Stagg (£706,000 for being wrongly accused of killing Rachel Nickell).

The tabloids’ investigation continues, and a search for a link between Stagg and Dando, George and Billi-Jo and Jenkins and Nickell.

Such is the strength of investigative journalism…
