Seth Russell, 15, was cruising Lake Chicot in Arkansas on a large inner tube towed by a boat when a Silver Asian carp leaped from the water and hit him in the face. Seth was knocked unconscious.

When Chihuahua Enthusiasts Attack
About midnight, the woman approached a group of people standing outside the home in the 800 block of N Saint Louis Avenue, King said. She told them she was missing her Chihuahua and asked them if they had seen the dog, but they told her they hadn’t and she walked away.
A short time later, the woman returned to the house and again inquired about the Chihuahua, and became frustrated when the group told her again they had not seen the pet…
The woman then walked away from the group before turning and opening fire with a pistol, firing multiple shots and striking the two victims…

PETA has called for an inquiry into the mistreatment of the Silver Asian Carp, citing these tragic facts:
It had been cruelly ripped from its happy life in its aquatic homeland…
Sent into slavery in the sewer treatment plant ponds of Arkansas…
Had escaped to the freedom of Lake Chicot …
Only to be brutally assaulted by the chin of Seth Russell.
And since Seth Russell ended up in hospital unconscious, we can be pretty sure the carp needed immediate medical attention which was callously denied…

So what’s the problem?
Regarding Seth on the inner-tube - I think it’s fair to say that the Silver Asian Carp were having a private party - and he was not invited.
The carp in question was within his rights.
