		<description>Time was Arthur Scargill and the late John Smith lived in the same tower block here in the Barbican.

They pursued a policy of staring through each other should they chance to meet in the lobby, but there were the occasional unseemly scuffles in trying to grab the first lift.

Not by them, of course; both men had security,  so the security guys did the unseemly scuffling, whilst Smith and Scargill ignored both each other and the scuffle.

And the building's security people resolutely ignored Smith and Scargill ignoring each other, and equally resolutely ignored their security people scuffling.

It was a source of some amusement to their fellow residents...</description>

		<description>The bit I loved was when Arthur Skargill turned out to tell protesters and pickets that they were WRONG.  They took no notice, which is poetic justice for that sad old communist sympathiser and destroyer of the British deep mining industry</description>
