Oh, yes it is. This is code for doing nothing, waiting like always. He doesn’t want to make a commitment to Kate and certainly doesn’t want to do royal duties, so he’s doing this instead. He can take off whenever he wants, take many holidays each year that we never know about. The papers will continue to remove stories of him out drinking in an attempt to make it look like he’s actually doing something. Yep, more of the same garbage we’ve been getting for the past three years.
