The group’s John Wearne says:
“We feel that the battle is spiritual and by going through prayer that God will listen to the cries of His people and that this will sway the spiritual balance in Madeleine’s favour.”
Demons took her?
“Everything is done through God and there is total belief that one day Madeleine will one day come home. God may have a greater plan for others and may well be using Madeleine in that plan. We petition God always for His will to be done and ask that Madeleine be brought home.”

I think there is a big difference between guinness and grandad and the use of
comatose inducing drugs. I was given gripe water as were my siblings and I
understand this is highly alcoholic. However it just allowed for a child at peace
and not totally out of the game. Anyway this is not a baby crying but an apparently
restless 3 and a half year old.
Also, I never saw any guinness included in tapas nine bar bill !

I was catching up with some old pals in the US. Surprisingly, the few who are aware of
Madeleine, sympathise with the parents. When I lived there I knew several medical
people, more nursing than doctors, and it seemed commonplace to keep the rugrats
quiet with appropriate knock out drugs to ensure an uninterupted evening.
It was that, plus a few other McCann anomalies which sparked my own suspicions
those many months ago.
