Just had a quick glance at mccannfiles.com - the Gerryblogs are a bit few and far between? the last 3 blogs have been about them (the Mcs) not about finding Madeleine. Wouldnt you think that with such a personal vehicle to make appeals etc. that the Mcs. would at least take a few minutes from their day to post the blog and hope to pull at the heart strings of the “abductor” But none of it.. If by leaving no stone unturned they mean that they will look under every brick for a few quid, then I believe them, but having set up the blogs - surely the most sensible thing to do is to use it DAILY to appeal. That is unless they know that their appeal will be fruitless.

Amaral records it in his book. she didn’t refuse to go, just went reluctantly and looked irritated at having to go back to the Police Station, and complained that the Police car was driving too fast.

Can you imagine losing a child and not wanting to desperately clutch at any straw in an attempt to find her? I would want the car to fly at 300 mph, I would be hyperventilating, screaming inside, please let it be her etc etc. her reaction, unsurprisigly, made the PJ suspicious

Was she/were they indeed told about the sighting in the petrol station and asked to go there? When? And how credible was this sighting? Abducting a child and let her walk in full view while getting some petrol? Sure that’s a smart thing to do.
How many [other] sightings were reported at that time?
Weren’t they invited to go and watch the cctv recordings at the police station?
Isn’t this story another internet rumour?
