Fortunately, it isn't working so well any more. Right after the election polls found that her favorability rating was 49 percent, at the end of January her favorability numbers had risen to 52 percent, despite the 24/7 carpet bombing of her that has continued since the election. Next month Palin will appear at two events, both of which are expected to be maximum capacity, and much more widely attended than in previous years. As she travels around the country over the next several months her numbers will continue to rise at a time that 0bama's numbers will continue to decline.
