ANDREW Vactor is facing a $150 fine for playing rap music too loudly on his car stereo.
Champaign County Municipal Court Judge Susan Fornof-Lippencott offers to reduce the fine to $35 if Vactor spends 20 hours listening to classical music.
Vactor agrees. He lasts15 minutes.

A second attempt was made at Mr. Vactor’s punishment. A compromise was reached - and, with the aid of a DJ and studio technician, he actually enjoyed his 20 hours of listening to remixed 200bpm Reggaeton Gilbert and Sullivan operettas.
