Just to clarify - God = Love!!! THEREFORE, GOD DID NOT TAKE MADELEINE. GOD DOES NOT HURT PEOPLE NOR DOES HE RUIN LIVES. ONLY MEN DO THAT!!!!
However, some poor, misguided individuals may believe that they are working on God’s behalf in having taken Madeleine. They WILL PAY for this come judgement day. If they have not repented their sins by that time, they will not get to the “promised land”. How ironic is that? A life lived supposedly serving God’s will only to be rejected by the HIM at judgement day. How arrogant is he who thinks that he is so special in the eyes of God - that his word is more powerful than the governments of a land and outweighs any other power. What a sad day for such a person, who dedicates his entire life to “God”, only to find out that his interpretation of God was off from the get go. All such people have to realize is that GOD = LOVE, and that we must look inside our own hearts to see the goodness of GOD. Nothing good and pure ever came from evil acts or intentionally hurting anyone!! I pray for those who would even question if it was God who took Madeleine. They are in my prayers right along with the McCann’s.

The idea that a ‘God’ orders human affairs, is just that; ‘an idea’ and it is one based on very little comprehension of reality, but rather false conceptions of it.
We humans create the events of our lives and are responsible for every aspect of our experience. This, in a personal and a collective sense. Only when we begin to recognize our innate involvement in these events, can we begin to use the power we have in what happens here. Displacing the responsibility for our lives on to a ‘concieved’ God, is merely hiding within a false assumption.
You may ‘believe’ what you will. It doesn’t make it so!.

Julia! - Thanks so much for pointing this out to me. I have never noticed how foul my mouth was until you posted this.
I am so grateful and will take this comment onboard and do a penance. I said three Hail Marys as as soon as I saw this - but I will deliberately wear a very hairy shirt all day today and whip myself - or get somebody else to do it to me!

What I think the AG says in a very subtle way - is that there is absolutely no evidence of abduction and he daren’t put his own bollocks on the chopping board and bring down the wrath of the Milk Tray Men until he has something more concrete to throw in the bucket of bollocks.
Therefore there is absolutely no evidence of abduction, manslaughter, murder or anything else - for now - apart from evidence that they did not receive before Amaral’s ‘move’ and evidence from other people who came forward with information that is not included - YET!

Cessa assim a condição de arguido de Robert James Queriol Evelegh Murat, Gerald Patrick McCann e Kate Marie Healy, declarando-se extintas as medidas de coacção impostas aos mesmos.

Poderão ter lugar a reclamação hierárquica, o pedido de abertura de instrução ou a reabertura do inquérito, requeridos por quem tiver legitimidade para tal.
IV
O inquérito poderá vir a ser reaberto por iniciativa do Ministério Público ou a requerimento de algum interessado se surgirem novos elementos de prova que originem diligências sérias, pertinentes e consequentes.
V
