How Hunting Sarah Palin Marks The End Of The US Empire
TO the NEW York Times, where the talk is of Sarah Palin, the end of Empire and King Edward VIII killing a tiger in India. Write’s Paul Berger, Anorak’s man in NY:
Non sequitur of the month goes to this caption in the New York Times that accompanies a story comparing the decline of the British Empire with the perceived weakening of US hegemony.
The caption reads:
Decline: Even as the future King Edward VIII shot a tiger in India in 1921, Britain’s empire was overstretched.
So now you know. The next time you see a President (Palin?) standing over a fresh kill, the beginning of the end will have begun.
Depends who she kills, no? Will Sarah Palin Shoot Barack Obama?

I just have one or two reservations about First Dude; I ask myself, is he ready to be King?

I’m still holding out for her to be President after Obama is abducted by aliens and McCain marries a moose. After she goes tiger-tranqing with Vlad the Impailer, Alaska secedes and SP becomes Queen.
