The credit card thing isnt the important thing in this photo, what about the kid who really wants White Castle burgers to taste good?

You can tell that the girl in the middle is not one of those Nigerian or Rommanian types we read so much about in the papers cos she would have wanted a cloned “card-type thing”!

I definitely think that the girl in the middle could have a great future in the world of corporate banking that’s providing she hasn’t already been sacked ! Great feckless money lending potential there!

I agree with the kid who wants something to make White Castle burgers taste good.
Maybe if we focus the worlds best scientific brains on the problem we may get them as far as edible.
Or maybe not!
I feel a government grant coming on.

The broadsheets have got worse IMO. I don’t think they have the money for real research and they’re often too close to the subjects they’re writing about - I worked as a P.R. for a theatre company and I was practically negotiating with the hack about what s/he would write - for their benefit and mine.
And a family friend, in politics, said it wasn’t the press that find you out - if you’re in a scandal - it’s your own party wanting you out and offering you up for a monstering.
But maybe it was always like that????

My apologies, Karen; I moved Chenier’s comment to the right thread, and I will copy your reply there as well, so it doesn’t look as if you were addressing empty space.
