all I know is that whatever the race, or ethnicity, we have a fatal penchant for “offing” our most inspired, creative people who become public leaders. Specifically, JFK, Martin Luther King and
Malcolm X. As a result, we have been left with worse than 2nd raters who are nothing but puppets of the status quo, for one, neocons who believe that uncontrolled capitalism is equilivated with democracy somehow , but which serves their best personal bank accounts ONLY, and not much or many of anybody’s else——and at everyone else’s expense.
We supposedly learned this about uncontrolled capitalism at least once, ie the GREAT DEPRESSION. How many times do we have to do this miserable lesson again? How much suffering do we have to this again> ? And now, because the great financial wizards have deemed important to be global, the whole globe is plunging into our stupid financial crisis, as if they didn’t already have enough of their own problems
