Gwyneth Paltrow’s Body Is Another Inconvenient Truth
GWYNETH Paltrow wants to introduce us to her three doctors.
“Police your thoughts and deal with your feelings constructively,” says Christian Renna, D.O. LifeSpan Medicine, 2008, media to Paltrow, a mother of two small children.
Dr Alejandro Junger will see you now:
The human body is a self-healing, self-renewing, self-cleansing organism. When the right conditions are created, vibrant well-being is its natural state. We have departed from the ways of nature and live under less than natural conditions.
Like global warming, the toxicity of our planet is undeniable. I call it “Another Inconvenient Truth.”
The air we breathe, the water we drink and shower with, the foods we eat, the cosmetics we use and the buildings we live and work in, are loaded with toxic chemicals that alone or in combination cause disease, suffering and even death. When we remove these obstacles and add what is lacking, our bodies bounce back into health as if by magic. This is natural, common-sense medicine, enabling the body to heal, regenerate and even rejuvenate itself.
Stop working and feel better.
Neish Joshi will see you now:
Sleeping at least eight hours a night and practicing some gentle exercise, yoga or meditation every day to reduce the effects of stress on the body.
Sleep. And sit still to reduce stress.
Well, they are the experts…

Are you all morons ?
can’t you see everyone in the planet is sick ?
what are prescription drugs doing for you ?
Smart people don’t criticize what they don’t know, only ignorants do.
Try a good detox, do yourselves a favor. Maybe it will wake up a few neurons so you can at least fake being awake…

Sitting fairly still, one needs to move to type and sip whatever the time of day beverage.
Anorak, after seeing what goes into meat sausages, veggie ones are a fairly safe bet, and my suspicious terriers, who could never be fooled, loved both kinds

Yeah right!
But the fact is that we are not being chased by sabre-toothed tigers or having to drink from streams and eat poisonous berries anymore!
So I will take the risk of eating full-fat quiches and drinking coffee and getting Rive Gauche poisoning and Estee Lauder poisoning - and wearing plastic rain-macs that emanate carcinogens!
Oooh! And I must have my cigarettes and the occasional joint
