You PO'd he won because he is a Black or because he is a Democrat or both? Let's face it, after 8 years of the AH Bush and, thanks to him and his Administration, this Country's worst standing in the eyes of the world since 1928 or so, I'd say Blacks, Whites, Democrats, Republicans, Asians, Spanish (and any other nationalities I left off who were eligible to vote in the US) went to the polls and said enough is enough of this BS time for a change. As for ..."a wider gap between campaign promises and reality", if you watch the news every night you would have heard him speak out in one news interview that everything wouldn't be done the first month, the first year or all many not be done the first 4 years .... it was going to take time. This country has been brought to its knees and it has been an outright embarrassment over the last eight years and it will take time to get standing upright in pride and gain back the world's respect.
