I live in South Africa and this story has torn me apart. My son is turning 1 in April and I cannot imagine what mother would allow her sick and demented boyfriend to torture her child to death (not that she is innocent). Baby P is DEAD! Does this have any meaning in British society - he was TORTURED TO DEATH. And authorities want to “protect” the families by not releasing these monsters identities! I think it’s a great injustice to society to keep their identities secret. We have the right to know who they are.
Don’t even get me started on that doctor. I wonder where she got her medical degree — must have been from a lucky packet — considering she was happy to send a baby home that was clearly “agitated and crying” without getting to the bottom of it.
Is Britain not troubled by all this?
Sad, angry and horrified
May God always watch over you Baby P now that you are in his loving arms.
Words can not describe the grief I feel at the moment and hatred for all involved. I have a gorgeous son myself the same age and look at the boy with no name and feel love and a deep sorrow for the short painful life he lived. I wish I could show him what love is and I know now he is in a better place where he will feel what love is and no pain. I think he should be named so we can mourne him how he should be mourned as a gorgeous baby who met a tragic death. I can’t believe they are protecting the identity of the so called parents, to protect who? poor baby P he has already suffered at their hands so why should they not suffer. This legal system is wrong and needs to protect our children not the monsters who abuse and murder them.
To baby P you were precious and you are in a safe place now where no one can hurt you ever again.
